With over seven years of experience in insurance & financial services, primarily in the annuity industry, Cassie has supported financial professionals through case design, product education, sales support, and advisor development. Today, she leads training and education initiatives across the Western region of the US, helping financial professionals navigate the annuity landscape with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, exploring the outdoors, and making music. 

Andrew Bower brings over eight years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, beginning his career at Crump Life Insurance before following WFG to AMS — where he's been educating and empowering agents ever since.

Andrew joined AMS as a founding member of the sales desk, quickly advancing to Senior Sales Associate and then Internal Wholesaler. Today, he serves as the Eastern Region Training and Education Coordinator, leading AMS's East Coast training efforts and helping WFG agents build real confidence with fixed indexed annuities (FIAs).

Through his weekly Training and Development Series — including Annuity 101, 102, and 103, plus the Moving Money webinar — Andrew walks agents step-by-step from why they'd write an annuity all the way through writing their first case. His focus is giving agents the practical, repeatable fundamentals they need to start producing with AMS right away.
